Future Digital Repository

The DoH Library is collecting documents that were produced by the Department of Health for public release, to make available from a future digital repository. These documents can languish in various parts of HealthPoint after publication, and may end up being lost. In some cases, deposit copies are sent to the State Library, but it can be some time before they are publicly available. The proposed digital repository will capture, preserve and provide access to these documents. A form has been created to enable these documents to be lodged with the Library.

Suitable documents include publicly available reports, guides, pamphlets etc.

Article or Book Chapter Request Form

Book Acquisition Request Form
Library Services can purchase items on your behalf. Use this form if you want us to purchase and catalogue items paid for from your cost centre, and stored in your work unit.
